Lucky Child Class Policies

You must agree to the Participation and Liability Waiver by the first class to be eligible to participate.

Fees, Discounts and Terms of Payment

Terms of Payment: You must pay 100% of your balance at registration. There is an exception for childbirth classes that cost over $100 – these may be paid 50% at registration with the remainder due 30 days after classes begin. If you need more flexibility in payment, please contact us.

Cancellations: Tuition is a session rate and non-refundable after classes begin - once the session begins, we will prorate the fee for the amount of sessions still available. Refunds, less a $25 administrative fee are available before the session begins in the form of store credit. Classes may be canceled by the instructor if the minimum number of students required to register is not met. If your class is canceled for this reason, you will receive a full refund.

Informational Classes: Instructors have agreed not to provide medical advice outside the parameters of their certifications and role in any given class. Students should seek the advice of their physician and/or other care providers for medical advice.

Tax: All orders that are being shipped within California will be charged a 7.75% sale tax. In our cart we are unable to stop tax from being charged to enrollment fees. If you enroll online and are charged tax we will refund your tax amount within 24 hours.

Lucky Child Online Store Policies

Returns: Returns are accepted up 30 days after items have been received. Full item amount minus shipping will be refunded if the item is in new, unused and resalable condition. Please contact us for a return verification print out.

Shipping: Lucky Child ships via UPS for all US continental US orders. USPS will be used for HI, AK and international orders. Shipping amount will be calculated in the cart.

Shipping time: All orders will be shipped within 3 business days not including weekends.

Backorders: Occasionally we will not be able to fulfill an item that is purchased online. If this is the case, we will refund your full amount including shipping and email you with that information.
